Soliant is seeking an onsite Speech Language Pathologist to help schools in the Hilton Head, SC area. Interviews are currently being scheduled and conducted for this full time contract opportunity.
Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders Current or pending SLP license in South Carolina and teaching cert Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows are also encouraged to apply Previous school-based SLP experience is a plus Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills Commitment to serving a diverse K-12 student population
Role Overview:
Deliver speech, language, and communication therapy to K-12 students Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized therapy plans based on student needs Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary educational teams Maintain appropriate records, documentation, and progress reports following district and state guidelines Foster an encouraging and inclusive environment that empowers students to achieve their communication goals Flexibility to support students across various grade levels and needs
