Job Description

As a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist, you will provide play-based, individualized therapy within a sensory-rich environment designed to support children's communication and development while creating meaningful, positive experiences for children and their families. This is a part-time role with a structured schedule and the opportunity to build a caseload as our therapy services continue to grow. We are actively building our therapy program and currently have a waitlist of families ready to begin services. Key Responsibilities Provide Pediatric Speech Therapy Services Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using play-based and communication-focused interventions. Address areas such as expressive and receptive language, articulation, phonology, social communication, and early communication skills in an engaging and developmentally appropriate way. Develop Individualized Treatment Plans Conduct evaluations and create personalized treatment plans based on each child's needs and communication goals. Continuously assess progress and adjust therapy strategies to support growth and engagement. Document & Track Progress (WebPT) Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all sessions using WebPT. Complete evaluations, daily notes, and progress updates in alignment with clinic and insurance requirements. Collaborate with Families Work closely with parents and caregivers to provide education, strategies, and support for carryover at home. Communicate progress clearly and celebrate each child's development. Collaborate with Team Members Partner with therapists, administrative staff, and support team members to ensure a seamless experience for families and a collaborative team environment. Maintain Safety & Professional Standards Follow all clinic policies, including HIPAA compliance and safety protocols. Maintain licensure and uphold ethical standards of speech-language pathology practice. Schedule & Environment •
Structured Therapy Hours:
Therapy sessions are scheduled during designated therapy blocks on specific days of the week. This is not a fully open or self-scheduled model; therapists are expected to be available during assigned therapy hours. •Part-Time Caseload Build:
Initial schedule will likely include 1-3 set therapy days per week, with the opportunity to expand hours as patient demand grows and caseload develops. •Hybrid Therapy & Play Model:
AllwonderBILITY™ bridges pediatric therapy and recreational play. Therapy takes place within a sensory-rich, play-based environment that is also used for open play, classes, and birthday parties at different times of the day. •Dynamic, Child-Centered Setting:
Therapists should be comfortable working in an active, engaging environment while maintaining clinical focus and professionalism during therapy sessions. Position Highlights •Supportive Environment:

Current South Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist license in good standing •Pediatric Experience:
Experience working with children required (1-2 years preferred) •Clinical Skills:
Experience with language delays, articulation disorders, social communication, or similar pediatric populations preferred •Documentation Skills:
Comfortable with electronic documentation (WebPT experience a plus) •CPR Certification:
Must obtain CPR certification prior to start •Communication Skills:
Strong ability to connect with children and communicate effectively with families •Approach:
Playful, patient, and creative, with a passion for helping children grow and communicate effectively Schedule & Compensation •Schedule:
Part-time with set therapy days based on clinic schedule and patient demand •Compensation:
$40 - $45 per hour based on experience •Additional Information:
