Job Description
Join an energetic team in Sioux Falls! A growing pediatric therapy practice is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to be a part a collaborative team in Sioux Falls, SD . Whether you're at the beginning of your career or an experienced clinician—if you're passionate, self-motivated, and ready to grow in a supportive, flexible environment, you'll fit right in! You Choose Your Hours Work anywhere from 32 to 40 hours/week based on your preferences. You're considered full-time and eligible for health insurance and PTO as long as you average 60% productivity during each pay period. Competitive Compensation $66-$93k/year , depending on experience, productivity, and hours Clock-in / clock-out model —get paid for all your work hours! Bonuses available at 70% and 75% productivity Driving time and team meetings count toward productivity bonus Variety of Settings Work with kids in their natural environment as well as in the clinic. Services are provided in daycares, schools, and community locations. Take a mid-day moment to recharge or complete documentation! Therapist-Focused Culture We offer bi-weekly 1:1 check-ins , a weekly team meeting (learning + fun) , and plenty of positivity —think: shout-outs, team activities, and more! Low Burnout Model Most sessions are 60 minutes, with fewer kids per day Majority of clients are ages 2-8, with some teens You'll see 70-80% clinic-based clients , with the rest in daycares or homes Well-equipped clinic; plenty of materials and resources available! Team Support A clinical lead provides support with documentation and observations Admin handles intake and scheduling —therapists keep control of their caseload Collaborative, growing team across multiple disciplines! Ideal Candidate South Dakota Speech-Language Pathologist license required Passion for pediatrics (1 year+ experience preferred!)
