How you'll contribute: An Speech Therapist - PRN who excels in this role:

• Performs and documents initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition.
• Designs and implements a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient and family.
• Educates and counsels patients and families regarding treatment plans and progress.

OR Current provisional Speech Pathology License in State of TN with the expectation to obtain a regular Speech Path License within 12 months of hire.
