Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CF) - School-Based

  • We are seeking motivated and compassionate
  • Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CFs)
  • to join a school-based team in Chattanooga, TN. This role focuses on supporting students across a wide range of communication needs by conducting evaluations, implementing therapy services, and documenting progress in alignment with individualized plans of care. This is a great opportunity for

  • Key Responsibilities
  • + Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments + Develop and implement individualized treatment plans + Provide direct therapy services to students + Document services and progress in compliance with district and regulatory standards + Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families + Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Minimum Requirements
  • + Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology +
  • SLP-CF (Clinical Fellow)
  • eligible or completed + Experience working with diverse disabilities and communication disorders + Familiarity with augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems and assistive devices + Strong communication and collaboration skills + Commitment to high academic achievement and student success + Willingness to learn and be coached on district programs and methodologies +
  • 2 years of professional experience preferred
  • + Required endorsement codes:
  • 498 and/or 458
