Job Description

Category Therapy - Skilled - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a contract opportunity supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist this fall. We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide coverage for a maternity leave from August 4 through October 3, 2026, working five days per week. This role offers a meaningful chance to make a direct impact on students' communication skills and academic growth.
Key Qualifications:
Active license or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) CCC certification or Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) status Pediatric or school-based SLP experience preferred Skilled in therapeutic techniques tailored to children and school settings Strong interpersonal communication and organizational abilities Commitment to creating inclusive, supportive environments for diverse student populations
Daily Responsibilities:
Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals Assess, diagnose, and document communication disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families for student success Provide timely progress updates and maintain accurate records Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions as needed As a valued Speech-Language Pathologist working in an educational setting, you will empower students to overcome challenges and find their voice.
