Day Shift Position Overview "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join a clinical care team on a 13-week assignment in McMinnville, Tennessee. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders across patient populations. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and physician referrals Provide direct therapy services to patients in accordance with established care plans Document patient progress accurately and maintain compliant clinical records Collaborate with physicians, nurses, rehabilitation staff, and interdisciplinary care teams Educate patients and families on therapy goals, progress, and home exercise programs Adjust treatment plans based on patient response and clinical outcomes Ensure adherence to facility policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field Active state licensure (Tennessee or eligible) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic skills Excellent communication and patient care abilities Prior clinical or acute care experience preferred For more details reach at dparmar@navitashealth.com About Navitas Healthcare, LLC certified WBENC and one of the fastest-growing healthcare staffing firms in the US providing Medical, Clinical and Non-Clinical services to numerous hospitals.
