Arlington, TX Job Details PRN 1 day ago Qualifications Master's degree in speech-language pathology (SLP) Master's degree Full Job Description Talking Tadpoles is seeking a PRN Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist who is passionate about growing thoughtfully in their clinical practice, values strong relationships with the families they serve, and is interested in being part of a collaborative, supportive team. After school hours preferred. We are a growing private practice with multiple locations and offer flexible scheduling, including 4-day workweek options , to support work-life harmony. This position is based at our Arlington clinic .
Growth opportunities may include:
Ongoing clinical mentorship and collaboration Development of specialty areas (feeding, AAC, early intervention, school-based services) Opportunities to take on mentorship or leadership roles over time Multiple pathways for advancement within a multi-location practice Responsibilities Provide pediatric speech-language therapy in accordance with evidence-based practice and clinic guidelines Complete evaluations, re-evaluations, and reassessments in a timely and defensible manner Develop individualized plans of care based on assessment findings Deliver patient care within scope of practice and demonstrated clinical competencies Educate and communicate effectively with patients, families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members Assess patient and family learning needs and provide appropriate instruction and support Document evaluations, daily notes, and patient progress accurately and timely in the EMR Participate in staff development, mentorship, and interdisciplinary collaboration Attend required meetings, trainings, and in-services Support quality improvement and clinic initiatives as needed
Additional Job Requirements :
Ability to arrive to assigned locations on time and maintain regular, reliable attendance. Ability to work scheduled hours Meticulous attention to detail over the course of the workday Ability to sustain physical and mental activity throughout a scheduled workday Ability to remain calm and professional in emotionally charged or high-stimulation environments Ability to lift and carry up to 30-40 pounds occasionally Ability to maintain prolonged standing or sitting Ability to maintain required licensure, certifications, and eligibility to work in the United States throughout employment Ability to sit, stand, bend, twist, and reach throughout the workday Other duties as assigned. Compensation Competitive compensation, based on completed clinical hours, commensurate with experience, caseload, and role Opportunities for increased earnings through clinical contribution, specialization, and expanded responsibilities
