Qualifications and Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working alongside educators and caregivers
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct speech and language assessments, interpreting data to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student outcomes Document progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with district standards Participate in IEP meetings, staff discussions, and ongoing professional development
