Your expertise will empower individuals to achieve their fullest potential. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your skills while making a meaningful difference in people's lives. The William Mosing Center dba William's School is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing individualized education and therapeutic support to children with autism and other developmental disabilities in a nurturing, team-based environment. We offer an integrated model of services where ST, OT, and ABA are available onsite. This role is ideal for clinicians who thrive in an integrated, team-oriented environment and are passionate about helping students communicate more effectively across academic, social, and functional settings. This position also has the potential to work into a full-time position. Duties Conduct speech-language evaluations Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals Provide direct 1:1 therapy services Embed speech-language goals into classroom routines and daily activities Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families to support carryover Participate in all team meetings Implement and support AAC systems (low-tech and high-tech) Provide consultation and training to staff regarding communication strategies Maintain accurate documentation, treatment plans/IEP, and progress notes Support feeding, articulation, language, social communication, and pragmatic goals as appropriate Contribute to a positive, nurturing, and therapeutic school environment Requirements Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid state licensure ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Prior school experience or familiarity with children with autism, behavior, and/or developmental disabilities preferred Experience with behavior management strategies preferred Experience with AAC assessment, training and implementation preferred SOS Feeding Therapy or pediatric feeding experience preferred Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with families and teams CFY welcome to apply Embark on a rewarding career where your expertise directly impacts students' daily lives.
