Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Make a meaningful difference working with students from PreK through 8th grade as a Speech-Language Pathologist on a contract basis. This opportunity offers the chance to oversee a bilingual caseload of 40-45 students, managing a full spectrum of responsibilities including individualized therapy, participation in ARDs, and completing evaluations. You'll be part of a collaborative school environment near Austin, TX, supporting children's communication and educational goals.
Qualifications:
Valid SLP-CCC license or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY) Experience with school-aged children preferred Comfort managing bilingual caseloads is a plus Strong skills in therapy delivery, evaluation, and documentation Organizational aptitude for handling full caseload management Effective communication and collaboration abilities with students, educators, and families
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized speech-language therapy for students ages PreK-8th grade Complete evaluations to determine service needs and monitor progress Participate in ARD meetings and contribute to students' IEP development Maintain accurate, timely documentation and case management records Adapt therapy to support bilingual learners and diverse needs Engage with school staff and families to support each child's overall progress and education Enjoy a steady Monday through Friday schedule (8:00 am-4:30 pm, 40 hours per week) and benefit from comprehensive support, including weekly pay, competitive compensation, medical/dental/vision/life insurance options, 401k with matching, and a flexible spending account.
