Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active SLP state license (required) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) highly valued School-based experience a plus, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver speech and language therapy to a caseload of approximately 32 students Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to foster student communication and language development Collaborate with teachers, families, and multi-disciplinary teams to support student progress Conduct assessments, track student outcomes, and maintain accurate documentation Participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences as needed Serve as a resource on speech and language concerns for staff and families
