Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist supporting K-12 students for the 2026-2027 school year. This contract role is based near Baytown, TX, offering the opportunity to address speech and language needs and champion student growth in a collaborative educational environment. Candidates with current CCC credentials and school-based SLP experience are encouraged to apply. The school director will be available for interviews on Monday, June 8, 2026—providing you the chance to secure your position early for the upcoming academic year. What we're seeking: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Speech-Language Pathology license in Texas (or eligibility to obtain) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required Prior experience working with K-12 students in a school setting Strong communication and organizational abilities Collaborative approach for working with educators, families, and support personnel Dedication to fostering student progress through individualized plans Your responsibilities: Conduct evaluations, create and implement IEPs, and deliver direct and indirect therapy services to students with a range of speech and language needs Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by state and district guidelines Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams for integrated student support Offer counseling and training to staff and families as needed Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to educational planning This contract offers a rewarding opportunity to help students communicate with confidence while being part of a dedicated school community.
