1 Description American Traveler is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for an outpatient assignment in Texas, requiring experience across pediatric to geriatric populations including modified barium swallow studies. Details Outpatient SLP setting Treats patients ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics Performs modified barium swallow studies (MBSS) Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (5x8-hour shifts) 13-week contract Requirements Texas SLP license or eligibility for licensure required for consideration (pending license accepted) Current CPR/BLS certification Experience with pediatric through geriatric populations required Experience performing modified barium swallow studies required 2 supervisor references from within the last 3 years required for consideration Additional Information Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates are not accepted for Allied positions The facility conducts its own drug screening upon arrival, including testing for marijuana and CBD products — a positive result will result in automatic cancellation with no exceptions Candidates should avoid any substances that could produce a positive drug screen result, including CBD products, prior to and upon arrival
