Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract position where your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist directly impacts the lives of students in an educational setting near Dallas, TX. This unique opportunity allows you to work with pediatric populations, supporting their communication needs and helping them thrive academically and socially. Whether you are an experienced SLP-CCC, a clinical fellow (CFY), or possess strong teletherapy skills, your talents will make a meaningful difference.
Desired Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Texas Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred, but clinical fellows (CFY) are welcome Experience in pediatric or school-based settings is a plus Comfort with teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery models Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
Provide assessments, therapy, and intervention services to a varied caseload of K-12 students Develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and monitor progress toward communication and language goals Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student outcomes Maintain detailed and compliant documentation as required by school and state standards Utilize both in-person and teletherapy tools to deliver effective therapy sessions Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and staff development as needed Experience a fulfilling role that not only bolsters your professional growth but enhances students' ability to communicate and succeed.
