Job Description

Supplemental Health Care is partnering with a Dallas, TX School District seeking qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC) for the 2026/2027 school year . This is a great opportunity to support student communication development in an in-person school setting.
Position Details Pay Rate:
$49 to $53 per hour
Openings:
Monolingual and Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply CF's and SLPA's may apply as we have other openings that may be a good match Position Overview The Speech-Language Pathologist will provide direct and indirect services to students with speech, language, and communication disorders. This role involves working closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success. Key Responsibilities Conduct speech and language evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals Provide direct therapy services to students Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines Participate in ARD/IEP meetings as needed Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required Texas licensure or eligibility required Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills preferred for designated openings Strong communication and collaboration skills At Supplemental Health Care (SHC), we believe that Speech-Language Pathologists aren't just specialists, they're game-changers for students.
