We are seeking a compassionate, service-oriented Speech-Language Pathologist to join our home health team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of adults throughout the El Paso community. Our ideal clinician is not only clinically skilled, but also understands the importance of building trust, treating every patient with dignity and respect, and providing care that makes patients and families feel heard, supported, and valued in their own homes. Position Overview As a Home Health Speech-Language Pathologist, you will provide individualized therapy services to adult patients in their homes. With flexible PRN scheduling, you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with patients and families while helping them improve communication, cognition, swallowing function, safety, and overall quality of life. Duties Evaluate and treat adult patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, and swallowing disorders. Develop individualized treatment plans focused on each patient's personal goals and functional outcomes. Educate and empower patients and caregivers through clear communication and compassionate guidance. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, caregivers, and family members to ensure coordinated care. Provide therapy services that promote independence, safety, and improved quality of life. Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory requirements. Represent our organization with professionalism, kindness, and a commitment to service excellence. Experience Required Qualifications Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Current Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) Speech-Language Pathology license. American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Certification. Current CPR certification. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to travel throughout the El Paso service area. Preferred Qualifications Home health experience. Experience treating adult and geriatric populations. Bilingual (English/Spanish). Why Join Us?
