Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or eligibility to obtain licensure before the start date Experience in school-based settings or pediatric therapy (including teletherapy) highly valued Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to adapt to varying caseloads Commitment to evidence-based practice and individualized education plans (IEPs)
Responsibilities:
Provide speech, language, and communication therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals Conduct thorough assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate records Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Offer both onsite and virtual therapy sessions, ensuring accessibility for all students Participate in IEP meetings, documentation, and progress reporting as required
