Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into an impactful role as a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist, serving elementary students in a dynamic educational environment for the 2026-2027 school year. You'll work onsite across two vibrant school settings, supporting students' communication growth and contributing to a collaborative special education team.
Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Active Texas SLP license required ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is essential Prior school-based experience, especially with elementary-aged students, preferred Demonstrated skill in administering evaluations, developing Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals, and maintaining thorough documentation Strong organizational and communication abilities
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students Deliver direct and indirect therapy services in both individual and group settings Develop and monitor IEP goals tailored to student needs Maintain clear communication with educators, administrators, families, and fellow support staff Serve approximately 30 students across Meadows Elementary and Head Start Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams to drive positive student outcomes Ensure accurate and timely documentation of student progress and services delivered This opportunity offers a supportive environment where your expertise will make a real difference for bilingual students.
