Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A healthcare role is available for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) located in Houston, Texas, offering opportunities to work full time or part time within a school setting. Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Active Texas licensure or eligibility for licensure ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience in school environments is advantageous Skilled in the use of AAC devices Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in school-aged children Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs Collaborate closely with caregivers, families, physical therapists, speech-language pathology assistants (SLPAs), and occupational therapists Monitor patient progress and write detailed reports on treatment outcomes Ensure precise and timely documentation of all patient records
