Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding full-time role providing speech-language services to a vibrant K-12 student population for the 2026-2027 school year. This is an in-person, contract position near Irving, TX, where you'll collaborate as a valued member of a dedicated educational team. Qualifications and Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field Valid Texas SLP license (or eligibility for licensure) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) are welcome to apply Previous school-based SLP experience or pediatric SLP experience is highly desired Also open to Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) with relevant school experience Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills Passion for student engagement and fostering growth
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in K-12 settings Conduct assessments and contribute to eligibility determinations and IEP meetings Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success Maintain accurate therapy records and progress notes Participate in professional development and ongoing training Enjoy the benefits of working in a supportive educational environment dedicated to student wellness and growth.
