Job Description

As part of our mission to pave the way for children's success worldwide, Therapy Source is currently seeking multiple full-time or part-time Speech Language Pathologists (CF-SLP or SLP) to provide in-person services for public school students. These positions are for the upcoming school year, from 8/12/2026 to 5/26/2027 (immediate interviews now taking place).
Speech-Language Pathologist Salary Range:
$55-$65 per hour
Speech-Language Pathologist Available Positions:
5 elementary openings 2 Junior High openings 1 High school opening Maternity leave positions 1 HS from August to October 1 elementary need for the entire Fall semester - this would cover 2 different leaves
Speech-Language Pathologist Position Details:
Stable caseload with services delivered during school hours Full-Time SLPs preferred, but part-time considered (part-time = SLP is on-site for 8 hours/day, working 2-4 days/week) Experience in public schools is preferred Experience with pediatrics is required
Speech-Language Pathologist Qualifications:
License in the state of Texas Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances Proof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities May Include:
Addressing personal, social, emotional, academic, and vocational needs which impact educational goals Providing push-in support in classrooms Performing evaluations and providing appropriate goals for students that require speech/language therapy. Providing continued support for students' Individual Education Programs (IEPs). Maintaining appropriate records and documentation. Developing and implementing IEPs Performing all related work, documentation, and reporting as required.
