Multiple positions are available to work with K-12 students across a supportive district near Killeen, TX. Whether you are a Clinical Fellow or hold your Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), this role offers a dynamic setting where you'll help unlock potential in students throughout the district.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Active Speech-Language Pathology license in the state of Texas required Open to SLPs with CCC, Clinical Fellows (CFY), and those experienced in school-based settings Experience working with diverse student populations from kindergarten through high school preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to collaboration within multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to students, developing individualized treatment plans and IEP goals Perform comprehensive evaluations, collaborate on eligibility meetings, and document progress in line with district and state requirements Consult with teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate optimal communication for students Maintain timely documentation and participate in IEP and RTI meetings Deliver services across a variety of school environments, ensuring support for students from diverse backgrounds
