Contract Therapists (PT's, PTA's, OT's, COTA's and SLP's) for adult Home Health in Laredo, Texas We are an established South Texas agency with over 8 years of service, and we are excited to expand our services into Laredo, Texas areas. We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapists (PT), Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA), Occupational Therapists (OT), Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants (COTA) and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) to join our growing team.Position Type:

1099 forms provided annuallyResponsibilities:
- Deliver skilled therapy services based on patient needs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams
- Follow all state regulatory and ethical guidelines
Requirements:
- Active Texas license in your respective discipline (PT, OT, or SLP)
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Reliable transportation for patient visits
