We are building a team of dedicated specialists who believe in integrated, patient-first care — where disciplines collaborate rather than operate in isolation. As we grow, we are looking for the right people to grow with us. About the Role We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join San Isidro Medical Center as one of our founding specialty partners. This is a unique opportunity to step into a newly established practice, work alongside an experienced audiology team, and help shape the culture and clinical direction of our SLP program from the ground up. You will play a key role in serving a diverse patient population — from children experiencing communication and language delays to adults navigating stroke recovery, cognitive changes, and other complex conditions. What You'll Do Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, voice, feeding, and swallowing disorders Collaborate closely with our audiology team to provide integrated care for patients with hearing-related communication challenges Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and evidence-based practice Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with applicable standards Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the broader care team Contribute to the development of our SLP program as the practice grows What We're Looking For Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA Licensed or eligible for licensure as an SLP in the state of Texas Strong clinical skills across a range of communication and swallowing disorders Passion for collaborative, interdisciplinary care Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred given our patient community Why Join Us Competitive salary of $110,000-$120,000 DOE Be part of a brand-new practice — your voice matters from day one Work in a collaborative environment alongside an established audiology team Serve a community that genuinely needs what you offer Opportunity to grow with the practice as we expand our specialty services
