Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract position supporting school-aged students for the 26/27 school year. Focused on pediatric speech and language needs, you'll collaborate with dedicated education teams to help every learner reach their full communication potential. This opportunity allows you to offer services on-site or via teletherapy, creating a flexible environment for delivering quality care.
Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state licensure (or eligibility to obtain) CCC-SLP credential or candidates completing their CFY considered Prior experience working with pediatric/school-aged populations Familiarity with teletherapy platforms or willingness to learn Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with a range of speech, language, and communication challenges Provide direct therapy services, both in-person and remote, as determined by student needs and district guidelines Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students' IEP goals Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with state and federal regulations Participate in IEP meetings and professional development as required Offer guidance and support to CFY candidates as appropriate In this role, you'll play a vital part in fostering academic and social success for students by addressing their speech and language needs.
