Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Desired Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state license and certification (including CCC or pursuing CFY) Previous experience working with school-aged children, ideally in a pediatric or educational environment Competency in providing supervision and support for SLPAs Strong communication and documentation skills, with familiarity in educational settings Knowledge of evidence-based intervention strategies for diverse caseloads
Primary Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders among students Manage a caseload of approximately 50 students, ensuring personalized and effective care Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Deliver supervision and guidance to SLPAs, supporting their growth and ensuring compliance with regulations Regularly track student progress and maintain accurate, timely records according to school and district policies Engage with families, educators, and staff to promote communication success and generalization of strategies This position offers the chance to build lasting relationships with students while enjoying a collaborative school atmosphere.
