              Responsibilities:
              βœ… Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments βœ… Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals βœ… Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders βœ… Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports βœ… Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams βœ… Participate in IEP meetings and educational planning βœ… Ensure compliance with state, federal, and district regulations
              Qualifications:
              • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
              • Active Texas SLP License
              • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
              • Previous school-based experience preferred
