$48-$55/hour At Sabine Heights, you will evaluate and treat residents with a focus on swallowing, cognition, and communication. Your clinical decisions guide how care is delivered and play an important role in resident safety and function. This PRN role offers flexibility to work around your schedule while stepping into a consistent environment where you can focus on your clinical work.

What you can expect:

PRN flexibility based on your availability The ability to pick up shifts without a fixed schedule A consistent therapy and nursing team when you are in the building What you will be doing: Evaluate and treat residents for swallowing, cognitive, and communication needs Provide recommendations to support safe swallowing Monitor changes in condition and adjust care as needed Collaborate with nursing and the interdisciplinary team Complete documentation accurately and timely What we are looking for: Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in Texas Experience with dysphagia and cognitive treatment preferred Strong clinical judgment and follow through Learn more about us: www.sabineheights.com We are proud to be an EOE.
