Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding opportunity as a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) supporting students in a vibrant educational setting. As a full-time SLP, you'll have the chance to make a meaningful impact by providing essential speech and language services for diverse learners throughout the academic year. With the backing of supervision when needed, you will work within a positive and collaborative team focused on student success.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Bilingual proficiency required Prior experience in school environments strongly preferred Commitment to a contract position running from August 3, 2026, through May 28, 2027 Ability to work full-time (37.5 hours per week) Strong communication, cultural competence, and organizational abilities
Role Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders among school-aged students Develop and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Programs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Deliver bilingual speech-language services to effectively reach students from diverse backgrounds Deliver both pull-out and inclusion therapy, based on student needs Participate in eligibility and IEP meetings as required Document progress and maintain student records up to professional and district standards Engage with families, educators, and stakeholders to support student growth Provide supervision to support staff or clinical fellows, as needed Embrace the chance to enrich students' educational journeys while utilizing your bilingual expertise.
