Job Summary Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Speech Therapist, where your expertise will transform lives by helping individuals improve their communication and swallowing abilities. In this vital role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat patients across diverse age groups, fostering confidence and independence through personalized therapy plans. Duties Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders in patients of all ages. Develop and implement tailored therapy programs that meet individual needs and goals. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, educators, and caregivers, to coordinate effective treatment strategies. Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting therapy techniques to maximize outcomes. Educate patients and their families on exercises and strategies to support ongoing improvement at home. Maintain detailed documentation of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with healthcare regulations. Stay current with the latest research and advancements in speech-language pathology to ensure the highest standard of care. Experience Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders; Master's degree preferred. Valid licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the relevant jurisdiction. Proven experience working with diverse populations across different age groups is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of speech therapy techniques, assessment tools, and evidence-based practices. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage patients effectively. Ability to work independently while collaborating seamlessly within a team environment. Passion for helping others achieve their communication goals through energetic and compassionate care. $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
