Job Description
Milestones Matter Therapy is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to serve as an SLP within our Bellaire/Houston clinic. This position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys mentoring others, helping shape clinical programs, and building innovative services while maintaining a pediatric caseload. We are particularly interested in a therapist with experience in social communication and pragmatics and/or feeding. What You'll Do Provide high-quality pediatric speech-language therapy Support and mentor fellow clinicians Collaborate with leadership on clinical programming Help develop and lead social learning groups Build relationships with families and community partners Contribute to a positive, growth-oriented clinic culture Preferred Clinical Interests Social communication and pragmatics Autism and neurodiversity-affirming care Executive functioning and self-advocacy AAC Feeding therapy What Makes This Role Unique Leadership opportunities without excessive administrative burden Ability to shape and grow specialty programs Collaborative interdisciplinary environment Strong referral base Administrative support for scheduling and billing Opportunity to make a lasting impact on both clients and clinicians Qualifications Texas SLP License
