42 Weeks We are seeking passionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for school-based opportunities in Houston, Texas for the 2026-2027 school year. Multiple opportunities are available across grade levels within a collaborative district environment. This district supports manageable caseloads, team collaboration, and balanced workloads, with multiple SLPs assigned per campus. Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply with supervision and support provided. Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and treatment goals Conduct speech and language assessments and maintain accurate documentation Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations, goals, and progress updates Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services per district guidelines Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Support communication development for academic and social participation Maintain compliance with state, federal, and district regulations Collaborate with fellow SLPs across campuses Requirements Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology required Active Texas SLP License required or in process of obtaining licensure School-based or pediatric experience preferred Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply (supervision provided) Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Ability to manage caseloads and work in a team environment Passion for supporting student communication and educational success For more details contact at or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
