Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Full-Time | Skilled Nursing Facility | Sulphur Springs, TX Synergy Care is hiring a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for Carriage House Manor , a skilled nursing facility in Sulphur Springs, TX . Join a supportive rehab team focused on patient-centered care, dysphagia management, cognitive therapy, and communication disorders in a SNF/long-term care setting .
