Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Join a dynamic educational environment in Taylor, TX, as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) dedicated to supporting K-12 students during the 2026-2027 school year. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your expertise in speech and language development while contributing to student success across all grade levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to K-12 students. Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs). Conduct assessments, track progress, and provide detailed reports on student outcomes. Participate in staff meetings and professional development to stay current with best practices. Support communication needs in both classroom and small group settings.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Speech-Language Pathology with a valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year completion (CFY-SLP). Certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) with school-based experience is welcome. Experience working in school settings with K-12 students. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with school staff and families.

Taylor, Texas, at a K-12 school.
