Job Description

Texas City & Surrounding Areas Why Join Varco Home Health? At Varco Home Health, you'll provide one-on-one therapy in patients' homes, helping them improve communication, cognitive function, and swallowing abilities while enhancing their overall quality of life. This PRN position offers a flexible schedule, making it ideal for therapists seeking work-life balance or additional income.
What You'll Do:
Evaluate patients and develop individualized speech therapy treatment plans Provide in-home speech therapy services Help patients improve speech, language, communication, cognitive, and swallowing abilities Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, communication strategies, and safety techniques Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams Complete accurate and timely documentation
What We're Looking For:
Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license (required) Home health experience preferred Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills Ability to work independently in a home setting Excellent communication and documentation skills Reliable transportation & valid driver's license Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience (preferred)
Pay & Perks:
