Job Description

Pathways Speech and Reading is pediatric therapy clinic dedicated to helping children reach their full communication potential. Our team of caring professionals works closely with families to deliver high-quality, individualized therapy in a supportive environment. Training to begin late July/ August 2026. Caseload begins with new school year. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for 3 days per week in clinic for 6-8 hours per day including afterschool hours. Responsibilities:
Conduct speech and language evaluations and therapy for children ages 2-18 Develop and implement weekly individualized treatment plans Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions in a clinic setting Collaborate with families and other professionals on goals and progress Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes Opportunity to incorporate literacy-based interventions into therapy session. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current SLP license in Utah (or eligible for licensure) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required. Pay:
$45.00 - $60.00 per hour
