Job Description
Speech Language Pathologist Position Summary We are in search of a committed and proficient Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to become a valuable member of our energetic team. This full-time position entails working Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, delivering exceptional care to patients with a range of speech, language, and swallowing disorders. Your specialized knowledge will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our patients by creating personalized and effective treatment plans. Main Responsibilities Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients' speech and language abilities. Create and execute customized treatment plans in conjunction with patients and their families. Offer guidance and support to patients and their families on treatment progress and improvement strategies. Manage patient discharge planning and ensure ongoing care post-therapy. Supervise and provide guidance to clinical fellows, students, and support staff. Requirements Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in Utah. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 60 days of hire.
