  • Full-time Position Overview The Reading & Language Learning Center (RLLC), a private speech-language therapy practice serving Northern Virginia and Washington, DC, is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to join our Chantilly team.
This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative, literacy-focused private practice providing individualized speech, language, and reading intervention services to children and adolescents across clinic and school-based settings. Flexible start date available. Clinicians may begin in Summer 2026 supporting clinic-based summer programming before transitioning into a full-time school and clinic-based caseload in Fall 2026. We are seeking a clinician interested in building a long-term role within a supportive practice environment with opportunities for continued clinical growth and specialization. Position Details Full-time, in-person role based in Chantilly, VA Services provided across clinic, private school, and specialized school settings in Northern Virginia Clinicians should expect to travel between locations during the workday Combination of school-based daytime services and afternoon clinic hours Monday through Friday schedule No weekends Clinical Focus Our clinicians support children and adolescents with speech, language, literacy, executive functioning, and social communication needs across clinic and school-based environments. This role includes a strong literacy-focused caseload, including language-based reading intervention and support for students with dyslexia and related learning differences. Clinicians may also work with neurodivergent learners, including students in specialized autism school programs. Responsibilities Conduct speech-language and literacy-related evaluations Provide individualized speech, language, and literacy intervention services Travel between clinic and school-based service locations throughout the workday Maintain documentation and progress notes Collaborate with families, educators, and other providers Participate in a collaborative clinical team environment Qualifications Active Virginia Speech-Language Pathology license Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Pediatric experience preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Interest in literacy and language-based intervention required Reliable transportation and comfort traveling between service locations required Compensation & Benefits $50
