2026-2027 Soliant is actively hiring a licensed, in-person Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a contract position with a school district in Chesterfield, Virginia. We are looking for a dedicated SLP to join our team for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year and are scheduling interviews immediately. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a highly supportive environment. While full-time candidates are preferred, we are also actively considering part-time applicants. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive in-person assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders. Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with student-centered goals. Provide direct, in-person therapy services to students in individual and small group settings. Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and the multidisciplinary special education team. Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress and services provided. Qualifications Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders. Active Virginia SLP license is required (or eligibility to obtain). Virginia Department of Education (VDOE) Pupil Personnel Services License is required. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP); Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply!
