Job Description

Outpatient | Flexible Schedule | No Weekends | No Holidays Join our outpatient rehabilitation team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients across all age groups—from infants to seniors. We're seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive, collaborative environment. What You'll Do Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders Provide high-quality outpatient therapy services across a diverse patient population Accurately document evaluations, treatments, progress notes, and discharge summaries in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards Collaborate with physicians, therapists, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes Supervise therapy assistants, support personnel, or students as appropriate Participate in department initiatives, continuing education, and special projects while staying current with best practices in speech-language pathology Qualifications Graduate of master's level education from an accredited speech and language program. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC, SLP) or eligible required. Must be licensed by the Virginia Board of Speech Pathology. CPR certification required.
