Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to support K-12 students through both telespeech and in-school services. This contract role is based in Low Moor, VA, providing an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student communication development within a dynamic educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students across K-12 grade levels. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs. Provide telespeech therapy sessions as well as in-person services within the school setting. Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with relevant school policies and regulations.
Desired Qualifications:
Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license. Experience delivering speech therapy services to school-aged children. Proficiency with telespeech platforms and technology. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt therapy techniques to diverse student populations.
