Desired Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience working with school-aged children and familiarity with IEP processes Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Proficiency in assessment, intervention, and therapy documentation Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in conjunction with educational teams Deliver direct and consultative speech/language therapy to students in various settings Participate in IEP meetings and support documentation and goal-setting Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes Maintain meticulous records and progress reports in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines Provide education and resources to staff and parents to further students' communication skills Immerse yourself in an environment that values your knowledge and dedication, where your work transforms lives daily.
