Job Type Full-time, Part-time Description Are you a Speech-Language Pathologist who values connection, collaboration, and truly patient-centered care? Full-Time or Part-Time Compensation:
$48
  • 55/hr (based on experience) What You'll Do Provide evaluation and treatment for adult/geriatric residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders Collaborate with PT, OT, nursing, dietary and medical staff to deliver coordinated, holistic care Develop individualized treatment plans that honor each resident's goals and abilities Maintain accurate documentation with adequate time built into your schedule Participate in care planning meetings and family education as needed Requirements What We're Looking For Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current VA SLP license, CCC Passion for working with older adults Experience with IDDSI diets and dysphagia is preferred, though we can train Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care
