Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates will be considered Previous experience in a school-based setting or with pediatric populations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other related service personnel
Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services in accordance with students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided and student progress Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and updates to families and school teams Engage in collaborative problem-solving with teachers, administrators, and support staff Contribute to school-wide initiatives and activities promoting inclusive communication
