Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A rewarding opportunity is available for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential services in a school setting located in Raphine, VA. This contract position is ideal for professionals passionate about supporting students' communication and language development through innovative and evidence-based practices. Key qualifications and desired experience include: Certification as an SLP with the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Experience working in pediatric and school environments Proficiency in teletherapy as well as direct, in-person therapy Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or equivalent experience Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and progress monitoring for diverse student populations Responsibilities include: Conducting comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on student needs Collaborating with educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress Providing therapy services either onsite or via teletherapy platforms in compliance with educational guidelines and standards Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting consistent with contractual and regulatory requirements This contract role offers the opportunity to make a profound impact on children's communication abilities within a supportive school environment in Raphine, VA.
