Job Description

  • Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - School Setting (In-Person Only)

Schedule:
37.5 hours/week | 36-week school contract
  • Position Overview
  • We are seeking passionate and dedicated
  • Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs)
  • to join a school-based team for the 2026-2027 academic year. This role is
  • 100% in-person
  • and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in students' lives through evaluation, treatment, and ongoing support. The SLP will be responsible for conducting student assessments and delivering therapy services in accordance with individualized education programs (IEPs), physician orders, and established plans of care.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • + Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students + Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans + Provide direct therapy services in a school setting + Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services + Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams + Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations
  • Minimum Requirements
  • + Active
  • Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
  • in the state of assignment +
  • CCC-SLP preferred
  • (Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply, if permitted) + Ability to meet all professional standards of practice + Current CPR certification (if applicable) + TB screening (PPD, questionnaire, or chest X-ray if required) + Current health certificate (per contract/state requirements) + Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements + Must be at least 18 years of age To apply email your resume to doschaib@amergis.
