Speech Language Pathologist in Roanoke, VA Soliant - 3.9 Roanoke, VA Job Details Part-time | Full-time | Contract 21 hours ago Qualifications Master's degree in speech-language pathology (SLP) Speech-Language Pathology License Full Job Description Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This contract opportunity, located near Roanoke, VA, offers the choice of full or part-time hours onsite for the full 2026-2027 school year—tailored to your schedule needs. As an integral resource to students from PreK through 12th grade, you'll work alongside other professionals and contribute to a nurturing educational setting that values collaboration and innovation.
What You'll Do:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for a diverse caseload. Develop and carry out individualized treatment plans and IEP goals. Deliver both direct and consultative therapy in a school-based environment. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and multi-disciplinary teams to support holistic student development. Participate actively in IEP and other support meetings. Maintain timely, accurate documentation in alignment with regulatory standards.
What We're Looking For:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Active or eligible Virginia SLP license. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though Clinical Fellows (CFs) are warmly encouraged to apply. Exceptional communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
