Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current or eligible Virginia SLP license SLP-CCC preferred, but Clinical Fellows and SLPAs are welcome Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
Perform speech and language assessments and diagnose challenges Design and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals for students Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy Work closely with educators, families, and interdisciplinary support teams Maintain thorough records while adhering to state and district requirements Participate in IEP and student support meetings as needed What's in it for you?
