Job Description
Position Summary The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, voice, fluency, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping clients achieve their highest level of independence and communication success while working collaboratively with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals. Provide direct therapy services to clients in person. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Educate clients, families, and caregivers on treatment strategies and home programs. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care. Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development activities. Ensure compliance with all applicable state, federal, and company regulations. Qualifications Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Experience in home health, outpatient, pediatric, adult, or geriatric settings is a plus.
